 Taste of the Beach 2004
Taste of the Beach is The Dare County Restaurant Association annual
fundraiser event. It was held once again at George's Junction with over
30 participating restaurants and over 600 guests in attendance. American
Cancer Society/Relay for Life is the charity that was selected this year
by DCRA members. $2,000.00 was presented to Teresa Lassiter who is the
Community Income Manager for American Cancer Society and Nannette
Jernigan, Board member for American Cancer Society.
Awards were:
- Best in Show-Flying Fish
- Best Booth-The Pit
- People's Choice-Dirty Dicks
